And we always provide financial statements monthly, and end of year, so you have all the information you need come tax time (not just the 1099, but full financials). Allstar Management specializes in single family home property management, and we are available for showings every day so we get your home seen by prospective tenants right away. We screen those tenants, including a credit and eviction history check to find the ideal resident for your home. And when we place that tenant, we walk through the home with them at or before move in - we show them simple maintenance they can do around the house (like caring for hardwood floors), and explain emergency procedures (how to turn off the water for example).

HOW IT WORKS:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your statements, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single- use link that you can use to view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will expire after the first time you use it.
